Just wondering how to stop the weeping of alcohol from the rear wheel tires at the bead of tires? Tire and rims are new.

Beet juice is heavier and thicker and therefor less likely to leak. Just a thought.
Make sure the tire pressure is high enough.
If tires and rims are new, then raising the air pressure to max per tire instructions should seat the tire bead to the rim. You could put some dish washing soap all around the tire bead/rim to make it slippery so it seats easier. Afterward just wash it off with a water hose, much less messy than grease and more slippery.Be glad it is not CaCl oozing out .
Pump the tires up to the max rated "bead seating pressure ". Then lower back down to 12psi or more if bias.
I don't hold air chucks on valve stems . A clip on air chuck with a valve and psi gauge may save a limb.
