It is simple, I just rebuilt two cylinders myself, with no prior knowledge. My only problem was stretching the seals on the ram. I finally found a solution. I heated some vegetable oil on my stove, then put the seals in to heat up. Make sure you don't get it too hot. I got them just hot enough where it was uncomfortable to hold. The seals stretched on very easy. It was three times easier and faster then when I didn't heat them. Just make sure you don't get them too hot and ruin them.
