Box Scraper Recommend box scraper with hydraulic scarifiers

I am buying a Yanmar YT359 (59hp) and have about 1.5 of dirt road (much of it in-sloped) to work on and would appreciate a recommendation for width of the unit (7', 8'ft?) and what is the best unit to buy. I have heard of a few and a dealer packaged the Yanmar with one from Modern Ag. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I have a Bush Hog 720 - roll over box blade. It's 72" wide and weighs 710 pounds. I looked a box blades from all the major manufacturers and choose this ROBB. It provides the box blade and scarifiers without the need for hydraulics.

The rear wheels on my Kubota are 80". I have yet to find any disadvantages with having an implement that is narrower than the rear tires. My M6040 Kubota with the box blade on the 3-point will weigh - right at 9700 pounds.

Be very careful on width. My six foot box blade can VERY EASILY be angled to cut too deeply. This will very soon bring my Kubota to a complete stop - all four wheels digging their own little holes.

I would recommend seven foot as a max width for your tractor. Even six foot if it covers the width of your rear tires and you are concerned about such things.

I have the YT235C and use a LS Landgrader/planer
without the scarifiers and my drive way is way over
500 ft long and was bumpy like is was pressed with
a waffle iron and it leveled the drive way real nice..
A 6 or 7 ft wide should be able to work well for you
can you get the whole drive way go down one side
and come up the next getting the whole drive way?
then just reverse on the next trip until you are happy
with the results. Also the price is right! I have caliche
and dirt road. I like it that is leaves the big stones in
open on the drive way so on the way back I can pick
them up and put them in the bucket.
