Recommend RPM speed for high gear and driving

I find myself on the road alot more then I thought I would. I usually have the RPMs around 2800 on flat surfaces and in high gear. Is this okay? What rpm range should I be in? I know the tractor limit is 13mph...so I'm not trying to break a record..I just rather be off the road faster.

That's way it is made so do it. You're not hurting the engine plus getting max HP if you come to a grade. Just be sure to slow down for the corners.:laughing:
