Recommend travel booking sites

I do a significant amount of business travel and have always either booked direct with an airline or used Expedia. Lately I'm having more and more problems with Expedia (dropped calls, bad connections, call center in India) or the process of booking/changing travel plans takes a ridiculously long time.

Does anyone have a better travel booking site? Something where you can get some travel points/credits, phone app supported?

Best prices that I've found by far is with Priceline. I've also found that when comparing the different sites, that a lot of them are identical, but Priceline seems to have more to choose from. This is especially true with hotels.

I traveled 140K miles last year (domestic and international) for business.

Almost always, I got the best price going direct to the airline/hotel/car rental company.

For the travel sites, often there are conditions on the rates/fares-you might get a got airfare, but you have an unassigned seat (i.e. middle seat in the back)
