I had a Slime pro model that I've used maybe 10 times over the course of several years. Fairly good, PITA to hook up as supplied, had to screw it on.
Died
as listed Heavy Duty 2X Pro Power Tire Inflator
Need something to carry in the F350 mainly for it's tires, 15" trailer tires, sundry small cars.
Like to keep it around $100 or less.
/edit - I need the pump- Tire Inflators | Slime Slime Products
I don't know why Slime calls them inflators, but it's a compressor, just the connector was a PITA.

I put the Milton clip-on end on my cheapie Digital Gauge. Makes operation much easier allowing for just one hand.

This is the one I have used for years and it does my tractor tires easily.

Would that be capable of blowing out a radiator & what not in a pinch? I've got a ton of Ryobi batteries & tools already. I have the dinky leafblower, which is great for turning a weak campfire into a raging inferno (why I bought it, I'm a pyro). But it isnt really for field cleaning the radiator on the tractor if it plugs up. I've been looking for an economical solution when I'm away from the big compressor at the shop.

Milwaukee and Dewalt both make battery operated compressors of varies sizes that would work well.

I carry that exact Ryobi in my truck all the time--Works great. The other side of the compressor is good for blowing up rafts and and air beds etc...Dunno if it has enough 'nads to blow out a rad though.

I have used it on my tractor radiator before and it will blow out all the loose dust and debris. One thing for sure, it is not powerful enough to bend fins.

I carry a DeWalt 20V portable inflator and it works fine. I put up to 70psi in my LT tires but it would likely pressurize more if I wanted.

i have carried many inflators over many years, all plug into cigarette lighter type. Had them in all the cars, wife, kids.

After burning up many Campbell Hausfeld, etc., (which generally served me well) pumping up truck tires, I got a Viair a while back. Really nice, quiet, but gets hot.

I am an admitted Milwaukee tool addict. I very recently got the M12 inflator 2475.

I love it. I have been inflating the tires on my trucks and trailers after the winter. Set it and go.

I am pumping tires on Excursion, F150, Ranger, 24' box trailer, 18' flatbed trailer, boat trailer, 2 wheelers, whatever.

A little above your budget, but I don't know how I lived without it. No cord. Set desired pressure and walk away to do other tasks.

I will now break your budget and say get the 6.0 high capacity battery.

This will all be easier if you already have red tools.

If not, it will be an introduction to a new tool addiction.

Good luck with your search.
