I have a 1966 mf135 which I took to a friend with a great deal of knowledge on these tractors. We removed the cover and cleaned everything out, freed up the position lever, changed the filter and cleaned the screen,replaced o-rings on the drop tube, new oil and took great care to reinstall. The position lever raises and lowers easily but the draft control does not have any effect on the 3 point hitch,,any ideas.
