Refilling torque tube question on 1966 Diesel 530 TC CK

Hi folks- Sorry if this has been covered but I cant find a thread on it with a definative answer on here. I drained my tranny/torque tube (2-plugs and 2-small 3/16 allen screws). Do I need to just fill at dip stick? any special procedure?
