Refurbishing rock augar bits

Bought used Beltec post hole digger with 3 used rock bits. Have property in Rocksprings tx. None of the bits will cut through the rocks. Where can I have the bits reconditioned?

Worked for a outfit that did auger castings,and large cell phone tower bases. Bought the teeth or points by the pail or plastic bucket. Never have seen the bits reconditioned. When the carbide teeth were worn out they usually were tossed into the hole. The main auger would get hard surfacing using welding rod but the bits were a consumable.
