Its hard to find, but if someone is persistent enough, you can find it. All I can say is, the price of powders and primers has gone up to the point where reloading is about the same as buying already made ammo. The only thing good about reloading is you can make the rounds for the gun a lot more accurate than store bought.
As for things drying up, you are right. But as long as they keep trying to scare everyone with more gun control or talk of it....well lets just say, the demand will never end and the prices will keep on climbing.
