Had to go back to the Hyd store and get their sleeve adapter ,$15, for the cross valve because the it just had the plug ( I was luckiy they had the adapter there). The fellow there is a real good fellow,(kinda remnds me of Norm on Cheers) I will wish I'd had the extra $100 to just buy their valve. As it is I will be in to this valve $150 by the time I get the handles. Now the next hurdle is rehosing the project. I like using reusable fittings and custom making my own hoses. I'm using all #6 and depending on the hose shop $6-$8 apiece for ends jic swivel fittings. The blue Aeroquip hose $7.35 @ ft, I died of sticker shock. I'm looking at calalog ordering premade hoses from Surplus Center. I'll have to buy the swivel adapters for them @$2 apiece, I'll need them for a least one end. I've always used the single wire braid, now every one wants to sell 2 wire braid. I like the more flexable single wire braid and I'm only working 2000# press. Hydraulic work is Big dollar work for a small dollar guy like me. bjr

Try Discount Hydraulic Hose. They don't get into prices like that until you reach 1-2" hose. The 1/4"-3/8" is in the $1-$2/ft range.

Are the Jinma pumps rated in liters per minute or gallons per minute? I think I have 10XX pump and I'm not sure of the volume there? bjr

Udate on remote valve. Finally got enough hose and fittings and IT WORKS... The power beyond valve was the answer. The 3pt raise and lowers and the plow flips after the 3pt is raised. I do have some seperate issues with pivot linkage on the plow but that's just some adjustment stuff. I still have to make a quick disconnect manifold and mount that some where on the back of the tractor. I just have the cylinder connected directly for temporary. Now that I've finally got things working I can iron out the details. Thanks ever so much for everyones suggestions and help. bjr

Jinma Hydraulic pumps are rated in ml (Milliliters per revolution) a ml is the same as a CC (Cubic Centimeter)

My Jinma 354 stock pump was a 314 the 14 means 14 ml / rev, not sure what the 3 stands for ??? I later upgraded to a 316 pump, then onto a 320 after Tommy @ affordable tractor was able to get some in from China. The 320 is a tight fit but well worth the investment for the extra volume of fluid.

To calculate flow in GPM use 7/8th of the engine RPM* (.875*RPM) times the ml rating of the pump * 0.0002641721

As an example @ 1500 RPM and a 10 ml / rev pump
.875*1500 = 1312.50 * 10 = 13125.0 * 0.0002641721 = 3.46 GPM

Example of a 316 pump @ 1500 RPM ...
.875*1500 = 1312.50 * 16 = 21000 * 0.0002641721 = 5.54 GPM

* = use 7/8th engine RPM because on a Jinma 354, the pumps are gear driven off the engine and gear reduced to run at 7/8ths engine RPM.

With the 320 pump I installed I get ~ 7 GPM at 1500 RPM and ~ 9 GPM at 2000 RPM. It made a huge improvement in FEL response.

Glad you got your valve and hydraulics working...
