I have a new Mahindra 3065 4 wheel drive tractor and I am having trouble getting the hydraulic line to stay connected to the remote when I am connecting my bush hog to it. Sometimes it will connect but most of the time it won't. I got so frustrated the other day that I just put everything back in the barn and walked away. Mahrindra wants me to bring it to their shop, which is over an hour away, at my expense, of course. I want them to send someone out to correct the problem. Also, my guages work sometimes and then when I start the tractor back up they don't work. Any suggestions on either problem.

If it is your QD's that are giving you trouble, you have to release the pressure on both sides for them to go together easily. AS the temp heats up, more pressure is built up.

Try moving all levers around when you shut off the tractor.

If the implement is heated up, you will have to either push the male QD against a flat surface, releasing pressure and some fluid. Push the QD against a rag on a hard surface.

On the gauges thing, I would suggest to unplug and spray some anti-corrosive spray inside the plugs.

Also, check for a bad ground wire.

I will try that whenever I get back home. My work keeps me out from 3 to 4 weeks at a time. Thanks
