Anybody know where I can get rear remotes for my L3830 for less than MSRP?

A dealer or Tractorsmart.com will be the only places you can buy the factory remotes since they are specific to L-series Kubotas. Occasionally you might find one on Ebay but I wouldn't hold my breath.

If so, how did the price compare?

I called tractorSmart. They only sell "replacement parts".

So what if one broke?
