removing Q/A plate

My tractor is upstate so I cant take a look can so one tell me if I need special tools to remove the quick attatch plate off the arms, ( nut and bolt or c rings ) I need to get it home to size/ fit it on a set of forks I made, and I am making the quick attatch plate for the forks, kubota L4400 tractor, thanks
