Repair for Concrete Crack

The sidewalk around my pole barn built last Sept has cracks through two of the pads that are about 1/8 to 1/4" wide. What is the best material to use to fill these? I purchased some concrete/acrylic caulk (water based) at the hardware store. However, after I got it home and read the fine print it said it was not for use on horizontal surfaces. Any suggestions?

I think the Sakrete people make a product specifically for that purpose they market under the brand name Armstrong.
