Repairing Bent Grapple

I bent the end of my grapple while picking up and moving a large tree. Can someone give me a few tips on how I can bend it back into place. I was planning on torching the bent areas until red and using a pry bar. I've tried a small handheld propane torch once before to fix a bent spot and it did not put out enough heat, so any suggestions on a hotter torch would be appreciated too. Thanks.
