All,
My friend has a leaky seal in a 3 point hitch on his JM284, (the hitch drifting back into low position slowly tells the tale). I've actually replaced the seals in my 3pt before, (JM184), and it certainly wasn't a bad job. However, at the time I did mine, I remember having a fairly good how to that was posted on line.
I've been searching for a while now, and the best one that I have been able to dig up is at:
Chinese Tractor Owners Association - CTOA Forums - Do it yourself projects to share - Jinma 25hp 2425 / 254 3pt LIFT BOX REPAIR HOW-TO
I don't think this is the one that I followed, (but perhaps it will suffice). However, if anyone has a link to a good howto on the procedure I would really appreciate it.
Thanks,
Nate
