well fella's.iv been reading on here for years and things iv repaired and problems fixed are all from reading your post over the years.recently the clutch went out and after reading all the posts I figured I could do it.in the woods,on grass.blocked, wedged, and making sure it was secured. platform for moving rear end back on jack.after removing loader I saw thru inspec window the tob was about an inch from fingers.no adjustment on the rod could bring it closer.after complete clutch pack from affordable, and tractor bolted back up,i saw that there was still about and inch space between tob and fingers.thomas put me in touch with john at discount .I was wanting to know the proper way to get it close for the adjustment to fingers.as soon as I pushed in clutch pedal, the tob would just touch the fingers and no more pedal.within a minute john had narrowed the problem.the roll pins (both) were broke where the pedal rod connects to shaft. I even looked at it before splitting but didn't catch it.i had to have someone else push clutch while I was eye level with it to see.the most work from all was getting the roll pins out.borrowed pin punch from napa and they had standard pin the same size as the larger metric one.as soon as I lined up the holes and drove the pin in from the bottom, darned if the tob was close the the fingers.small adjustment on rod fork and I got the final.the gunk from the transmission looked like brown pudding.didnt want to run out until I put some diesel in and let set overnight.i started it to try the clutch.main clutch halfway, pto all the way.inch play at top.it has never shifted without a small grind but now its smoother than it was new,and no grind at all.again, thank you to all who posted about splitting and clutch adjust.and I printed the splitting guide for the tools I would need.

Well,i thought the roll pin was the hardest part.after putting on new water pump and hoses, and another alternator, and belt, the hardest part was hooking the dang loader back on.apparently after sitting, the arms lowered and the wife and I couldn't raise them enough to clear the front tires.hooked a tow strap from tree to tree and used a come a long to raise.it still was a pain..speaking of water pump,,,the fitting that is in the top of the water pump, bypass hose is on top of it.sticking out is also another small tube that has the "plug" in it,i tefloned taped it,it drips.i took it out and used double the Teflon tape,it still drips.what is the best way to seal this ?

I don't know which loader you have, but I have a Koyker loader on my Jinma and when I go to put it back I hook up the hydraulics before I put it on and use the hydraulics to help position it. It's still a pain.

The other thing I did that really helps was to put casters on a pallet. When I take the loader off I lower it onto the pallet. That way I can roll it into position, much easier than trying to position the tractor precisely.
