A little more than a year ago I bought a Titan 3pt Draw Bar off of Amazon (under $75). I have been very, VERY pleased with it.

Fast forward a year - I bought a quick-hitch from harbor freight (on sale for $99). I have since spent many, MANY hours 'adjusting' my implements and more than $100 on adapters, etc. I am beginning to think this "time saving purchase" is a net negative. But I digress:

One of the implements I need to modify so that it will fit this quick hitch is the Draw Bar - the lift arm bracket is MUCH narrower than the lift hooks on the quick hitch. So after doing some measuring, it looks like I need lift arm pins that are about 3" longer from the collar to the lynch pin hole. I looked at TSC and the ones there don't even come close to being long enough (they are barely longer than the pins I currently have).

What's more - the thread where these pins screw in is quite coarse (I'm not sure how to measure threads, but I am including a picture of the one that came out (the one that is too short).

I found a phone number for Titan, but they are not open on the weekends. I am *hoping* they have replacement lift arm pins, but just in case they don't - where can I get some?

You're trying to make up 6" in the pins?

I assume the HF quick hitch is CAT1 and I"m pretty sure you would get a CAT1 drawbar. If that is the case you may not need longer pins. You may be able to get away with "quick hitch bushings." These have two different options when mounting to the original pin so you can move them out further if needed and they take up the "slop" in the quick hitch of the CAT1 Pin in a larger diameter hole. Slide them over the pins and hammer the spring clip in to keep them on. I just did this to my drawbar around XMAS. $30 or so

I have also gone the extra long pin route with an old Woods finish mower that wasn't easily compatible. The length on the thread side meant I had to add some washers to actually extend the usable pin side. It wasn't pretty, but it worked and was cheap.

Following, I’m in the same boat !
have a QH then bought a Titan rear blade. It was so tight that the stoper washer is in the way. Needed something without the stopper.
found some, then realized they were FT fine thread. Then went to Amazone, found some that were CT course thread, BUT they still don’t fit !!
they must be METRIC . I guess I’m going to have to grind off the stopper (washer). What a pain in the a**

FYI they do make "thread gauges" in Both SAE and METRIC so its easier to identify thread pitch instead of bringing home a assortment of nuts/bolts the don't fit...
