Replacement Pump for TaskMaster 438d (DongFeng) Tractor

I had to replace some broken hoses on my Taskmaster Tractor TM438D (SN 841262). After installing the new hoses and starting the tractor hydraulic oil came spewing out of what appeared to be the hydraulic pump (Photo attached). I think when replacing some of the hoses they may have been connected to the wrong port on the control valve for the loader creating excess pressure somewhere which cracked the pump. I want to replace the pump now and I am finding it difficult find a replacement. The part number per the parts manual that came with the tractor is CBN-E306B. Can anyone please advise where I might locate a replacement hydraulic pump for this tractor? Also if any advice could be provided regarding the correct routing of the hoses from the pump to the control valve it would be greatly appreciated.

How many lines or hoses connect to your valve assembly?

If 6 then:

Plumbing connections:
From pump outlet to inlet or pressure port of the valve.

Valve outlet or tank port directly to tank

Remaining 4 are for loader functions

If 7
Then you have the power beyond feature. This port can be labeled multiple ways. This line supplies oil to three point hitch or rear mounted directional valves for rear remotes.

Post some pictures of your loader valve & I am certain that someone can tell which ports are what on your valve.

Here is a photo of the joystick control valve for the Front End Loader. I am trying to determine which of the two ports as indicated on the attached photo is the "In" port and which is the "Out" port. I think that because these were reversed it may have created excess pressure causing the pump to crack. Is there anyway to determine which is "In" and which is "Out"?

In that picture my guess is tank is closest to the end by the joystick and pressure or inlet is the other port that you an arrow by.

On most valves there is some form on label in the casting. Have you looked carefully at all the surfaces by those ports?

Your in port well be next to the relief valve. So if I understand ray right he is right ( left handed arrow}.

I was able to locate a replacement pump from Circle G Tractors (Jinma & Farm Pro Tractor Parts | Circle G Tractor Parts). Can anyone offer any tips, suggestions, landmines with regard to removing broken pump and installing new pump? Do I need to drain hydraulic fluid and replace with new fluid? Does pump need to be primed prior to start up? Any tips/suggestions would be appreciated.

2nd pump blown on TaskMaster 438d (DongFeng) Tractor

Back again, another pump blown. I replaced the pump with a new one. I reassembled the hoses being quite certain that they were going to the proper ports from the pump to the joystick with the pressure line closest to the relief valve on the joystick. During this entire process I never touched the hoses that are connected to the hydraulic cylinders on the loader. Started the tractor up and lifted the bucket (FEL) about a foot off the ground, raised the box scraper attached to the 3 point hitch to move the tractor from the field to the barn (about 1,000 feet). In the barn with the tractor still running using the joystick I lifted the FEL a bit, then heard a loud click and then the pump blew spewing oil. I am thinking that there has to be a blockage somewhere causing the pump to "deadhead" but I am a bit confused because I was able to move the tractor with the hydraulic pump running and the engine revved up without any strain on the motor and until the point of trying to lift the bucket in the barn I had no problems - doesn't make any sense. Any ideas on how I might troubleshoot this would be appreciated?
