Replacing a drive belt

HELP i am replacing my drive belt on my White Hydrostatic lawn tractor and i can't get the electric clutch off to get to the drive belt pulley attached to the engine. i think i've removed all the necessary bolts but the clutch won't come off. Any suggestions please
