The lower belt has come off the pulleys and I wonder if someone with experience could tell me how to get it back on. The belt looks in good condition. I can't find a way to release the tension to get the belt around the last pulley. Help?

Its not that hard; just get it on as much as you can and then spin the pulley and it will pull itself into the groove.
