Replacing Front Wheel Bearing on Ford 2600

I am having to replace the right front wheel bearing. I cannot get the dust cover off. My local Ford dealer tells me that it is a screw on dust cap. Is this correct? Also, is there anything else I need to know before I proceed?

try a pipe wrench...not an adjustable..

I was able to take it off using a 1 1/16 open end wrench. The repair is complete.
