I'm new to owning this used Branson 3510. This weekend fuel started leaking from where the fuel valve/filter glass is located.

I'm going to replace the O-Ring and the fuel filter within the glass bowl. Are there any procedures that I need to follow when opening this up, replacing the parts and then restarting the tractor?

Thanks for the help!

The other option is to replace the whole unit with a spin on filter style look under TYM owning on here and I posted pics on what I did to my TYM what a huge difference in time and mess to change out the filter and its a lot bigger filter also.If you decide to keep it the way you have check the plastic fuel bowl for cracks if all good change the filter replace the o ring coat it with you fingers and diesel fuel to moisten it I always fill the bowl with fuel before putting it back on so i can cut down how much air gets in the system and cut down the odds that you may have to bleed the air out.Never had to bleed air doing it this way you might sputter a bit untill all the air is gone but usually it will stay running and you wont have to bleed it

I replaced mine when it started leaking. When I removed it I noticed the valve was loose and pressed in. I opted for a threaded fitting and a clear inline filter from one of the big A's. I also recommend a prefilter before your pump, if possible. My pump is located on the firewall so an additional filter was easy.
