Replacing reel tines on IH 1190 Haybine

What is the easiest/smartest way to replace tines on the subject Haybine. Thanks in advance for any help.

Presumably the tooth coils surround the tine bar as most mo-co's do. Remove the complete tine bar and slide everything off the plain end opposite the cam follower. Not hard, but time consuming. If you don't replace all the teeth, put the new ones next to the cam.
