Reputation of a 1997 Kubota L2350DT?

Considering a 1997 Kubota L2350DT, 425 hours.

Curious to the reputation and/or concerns of this model.

Is it considered a CUT or SCUT?

what kind of price?
what are going to use it for?
not aware of any concerns, it is a gear drive not hydro
according to tractorhouse they go from 6-8k, add for belly mower or loader
I have a B2150hst with a six ft (mmm) belly mower (18 pto hp) and love it.

There are a lot of good tractors out there, Kubota has just been exceptional!

My concerns for any person interested in a tractor is what they are going to do with it and how they would like to use it first! Many people don't study enough other then pricing and may be brands depending on dealer selection.

Look at your jobs list, figure out what it will be used for the most, and to the least if you can. Then start looking for a tractor that fit's your needs and build it around your primary uses.

I have a friend with an L2550DT which I think is a very similar, although slightly larger, model from the late 80's. It is definitely a CUT rather than SCUT. Here is a picture so you can compare.



It is a well built and much more capable machine than I expected for its HP. As for reputation, it's been reported by veteran posters on this site that the Lxx50 series is known to be durable and reliable.

Bought the tractor. It was VERY WELL kept! Delivered Sunday, used it so far to mow, move dirt, carry trees from the neighbor's! Looking forward to more!
