I always have trouble getting my Grillo 107 restarted after letting go of the safety switch on the clutch handle. I sometimes get into a spot under trees or bushes while mowing, where I just let the tractor go because I don't want to follow it, and the switch kicks in. Then I often have problems getting it started again.

I don't have this problem when I use the kill switch.

THoughts on why this might be?

Probably flooding from continuing to draw gasoline without a spark. Letting go likely grounds the coil. Turning off the switch may also shut off fuel flow.
