Retiree living on Tiger Mountain

Hi, Doug Wyman here. ASA Vet. Retired Wash. State Patrol civilian member (radio, microwave, engineering and computer systems. i.e. total geek)
We (My son and I) have 2.5 acres on the side of Tiger Mountain. Mostly Cedar and heavily treed. Great spring that supplies us and 6 other properties with water all year round plus a number of year round streams. Got a small Kubota but the mountain is steep enough that we can only use it in limited area pointing ease/west but it will climb north/south well and suits our needs. 450' or our own road to maintain also. Muhammed said to say hello so here I am. I'll help when I can and just hang out mostly.

Welcome to the forum. When I read Tiger mountain it made me think of the Hank Snow song Millers Cave.

Our Tiger Mountain is in the Issaquah Alps in the state of Washington. (not to be confused with the political Washington)
We have Cougar but Cougar Mountain was taken a couple of mountains away. You have to watch out for small critters
cause the cougar WILL eat them. Neighbor heard a commotion outside and there in his tree was a cougar eating his dog.
We aren't too high up the mountain but our property gains over 100 feet vertical front to back and we haven't got that
much property. (wish we had more) No caves on our mountain but rocks everywhere. We have to keep a supply of shear pins
for the tiller. Thanks for the welcomes!
