TYM T264 with loader and implements
I have had my little 1025R for about 4 weeks and I have enjoyed everything so far but just a few things.

Power: The Yanmar engine is up to the task and it pulls th5 60D Mid mount mower without problem through deep grass. Power is a win but this dude is loud due to the hi RPMS. 3200 rpms to turn the PTO at 540.

Fit and finish: The 1025R's fit and finish is just what you would expect out of a John Deer. Very well thought out.

Quick Connect Mid Mower: As far as mowing, it does a good job. The deck is very heavy built. The tractor will throw grass clippings at least 12 feet out the side. As far as the quick connect. It is not as easy as the video, but it is not bad. Taking it off is very easy. Putting it back on is a little bit more challenging. If you drop the deck on slick finished concrete, it will scoot across the floor even with the tractor in 4x4 making the angles off. I solved this problem by, placing a large rubber mat on the floor. No more slipping.

The loader is about what you would expect with this small of a tractor; however, it does the job well. I used the forklift attachment to handle building materials around the house when we were putting up a firewood shed. JD got the quick connect loader portion right. It is very easy to switch the bucket and forklift out. The tractor is very light in the rear, so you must keep the backhoe on or a rear implement on when using the loader even with the rear tires loaded. I may look into rear wheel weights.

The Backhoe: It is a solid piece. I have dug more in a month than an average home owner would dig in a year. I am cutting down a bank. The backhoe is not a professional piece. It is very jerky, but it digs. Once you get use to the controls, a person can compensate for the controls. I run the engine at about 2600 rpms to keep the hydraulics and digging force. I wear hearing protection.

The seat: The seat sits fine; however, this is the one area I think could have been done better. The seat turns around and raises when using the backhoe. It is just not easy to do. The only way to really do it well, is to turn the seat, get down go around and get on the backhoe from the back. There are not any steps to get on the back. The seat does not feel stable, wobbling side to side and front to rear. You can go through the center of the tractor by turning the seat half way, climbing through, and finishing turning the seat. Really try this out before you buy, if you have any sort of disabilities. The backhoe comes off the tractor with ease. Goes on easy too.

Over all, I am very pleased with the tractor setup.

I put 50 hours on in 4 weeks, and now it is time for a service. The book only calls for changing the rear hydraulic fluid and filter at 50 hour, but I am changing everything. I want all of the metal shavings out, plus this machine is small, so it did not cost me a fortune to replace the fluids. I changed the engine oil with Rotella T 15W40 and used a Mobile 1 filter. I changed the front axle oil with Valvoline 80W90. A lot of metal came out of the front axle.

I changed the hydraulic fluid out with TSC Universal Tractor Trans/Hydraulic fluid using the JD hydraulic filter. Greased all of the grease points. Even those little pain in the but ones on the mid mount mower quick attachment drive shaft.

A couple of questions for you. Why did you use 80/90 gear oil in front axle? The book calls for HyGard in front axle. Second, I would be a little concerned about the use of TSC hydraulic oil. I know it states that it meets specs for "some" John Deere models, but doesn't say which models. I am betting if you could get actual specs for the oil, it would say it meets JD 303 specs. That is a 30 year old classification for JD oil. The new species J20C or J20D. John Deere compacts all come shipped from factory with Low viscosity HyGard, it meets J20D specs. You may never have an issue with the TSC oil, but while in warranty, it is important to use the proper oil. It doesn't need to be JD oil, but I am skeptical that the TSC oil actually meets the proper spec.

You are right about the front axle. I wrote this while letting the oil drain out of the front axle. It was the last thing I did. I just assumed it was like my other 4x4 tractor and bought 80W90 oil. After reading the clear as mud manual, I noticed it said use HYGARD for the front axle. TSC Premium Universal Tractor Trans/Hydraulic fluid meets JD20C specs stated on the side. It is different than their 303 stuff. It is a multi viscosity 10W30 oil. My John Deere dealer says it meets their specs. I don't need JD20D here. We don't get that cold. I have used TSC oil in all of my tractors and it has never gave me any problems. I even use it in my log splitter.

Re the hydraulic fluid: I'd buy a gasket and remove the piping rather than try to remove those hoses.
