Hello to All
I have been reading and learning a lot on the site. I purchased a new Rhino SE6 cutter and when I hooked it up it seemed to have a lot of vibration. I took it back to my dealer and had them check it, they did so and told me they all have some vibration and it was normal, they called Rhino service and they told them the same. So I have been using it for several years now till my pto seal started leaking on my MF 431 tractor. I went to my dealer to order a seal and so happened the Alabama Rhino rep was there. I talked with him and he said he wanted to take a look at it. We set up a date and time and go together. We hooked it up and he said that vibration was entirely too much and probably caused my pto seal to start leaking. He told my dealer to get it fixed, the started my putting a set of blades, then a stump jumper, a gearbox and driveshaft. With all these new parts it fixed my cutter, I was so happy. I talked with the rep Matt and he said warranty would cover it even though it was out by a couple years. I have been looking and talking with him about their new 12' flex brush cutters and with a 12,000.00 price tag he gave me a 5% customer loyalty coupon. I would like to share my experience with everyone and Thank Matt Nelson for getting this resolved after all theses years, so if you own a Rhino product and would like to thank rhino or have a question give Matt Nelson a call 830-305-4179 he's a busy guy so leave him a message and he will get back with you.
