While web surfing I came across this site...www.rolandh.com.ar Here's a couple of youtube vids... Seems to be a fairly rugged, simple, functional unit. Too bad they are in Argentina, eh?

Argentina must not have OSHA or anything close to it. Open belts and pulleys with no shielding. The second video you included (Minitractor) shows the guy dropping his feet to the ground to stop the unit and pull it backwards. If he does that a few more times, he'll be missing some toes.

Yes, the mower is simple in design,but also an accident waiting to happen.
