I remembered today why I don’t check the air in my tires in back very often. I’ve got one of those special gauges for tires with liquid ballast. It’s pretty special in the fact it worked once a couple of years ago. I overfilled the first tire badly and then when I let the air out Rim Guard came out with it. I used another gauge and I assume it’s ruined even though I cleaned it up.
I assume they overfilled the tires with Rim Guard slightly. I did have the valve stem at 12 o’clock and blew some air in first. Purple Power works well for cleaning it up too plus 3 old bath towels.
