road grader Bonic Blade @ auction

I saw this road grader a Bonic Blade at the online auction here in Texas and was wondering if anyone had one similar. Does it look complete? Is it suppose to have a top link? Anyone know what it is worth? Now the bid is up to $225. My 1/2 mile of gravel road needs maintenance.

FEL (front end loader with heavy duty buck and with straight cutting edge on bucket), rear scrapper blade, box blade, and then land plane. all 4 can be used to deal with gravel driveways, each one can have there uses and pros / cons

what you are looking at on the bid site, is a land plane.
