Craftsman LT1000Welcome but to provide you with answers we need to know what make and model of this unit and any other details that you can provide.
Thanks. Yeah this pic was from Google. I'm bringing it to my shop today to weld up and make something work. Figured I'd try finding one, but didnt have any luck. Thanks everyoneThat rod was manufactured as part of a larger linkage that doesn't look like it can be disassembled. I suspect that due to its age and that it is part of a larger one piece linkage, if you are able even able to find it, it will be expensive. That model is no longer manufactured.
On the up side, the rod itself looks in okay shape, but maybe the connection rod guide on the right side is broken off or maybe the handle??
I believe I'd take it to a local welder and (s)he should be able to just fabricate whatever it wrong with it.
Find a used/doner deck in a wrecking yard, or MarketPlace? Thanks. Yeah this pic was from Google. I'm bringing it to my shop today to weld up and make something work. Figured I'd try finding one, but didnt have any luck. Thanks everyone
Or the lawnmower salvage place in Indiana. They have literally acres of old clapped out machines.Find a used/doner deck in a wrecking yard, or MarketPlace?
