Lock up one wheel brake put it in reverse and use the bucket to push it backward?
Plus I would dig out a bit behind it to give it some run out room. But I don't know what I am doing either.
I'd hook onto the fel, use it to lift the front axle and slide it out, pulling to the right to avoid tipping. One rear wheel is already in the air so you have to get it pointed up and down the slope ASAP. Hook to the high side of the fel bucket and get it turned before it tips into the pond.
Might not hurt to get a cable onto the top of the ROP as well, just for safety if you have a second tow vehicle....
