Rotary Harrow/Spin Groomer brand recommendations

I think I have decided I might be in the market for a spin groomer, I have several horse and cattle pens that I turn for manure management on a regular basis, probably should be done more often, currently I am using a Gearmore Arenavator, which is basically a spring tooth cultivator. and then I have a chain harrow I pull behind that just to smooth out the edges. I have few complaints about how it works, other than having been using it for several years I am starting to get a lot of manure mounded up under my fences. I Assume that from what little I have found about these spin groomers depending on the direction of travel can be used to move material away from the fence, is that true? I have seen a couple of youtube videos that show the spin groomer not really spinning all that much, not sure if this is user error, perhaps not adequately worked material or just the machine not working as well as advertised?

Does this seem like a reasonable solution to my manure accumulation issues? I am sort of leaning to the Titan unit as it is the least expensive at about $1000 I have found much nicer units for up to $6700, Mill Creek, with a couple more in the middle. I am tending to lean toward the Titan and just add some material to make it a bit more heavy duty, Honestly this seems like something I Could build but having a pattern would be handy, I just can't justify the cost of the Mill Creek even if it is a better unit.

Any Suggestions on brands of spin groomers, or perhaps even different solutions?

Oh by the way, I have JD4066 tractor so I think just about anything in the 6-8 ft size should not be an issue for this type of implement
