hey guys, i was wondering if somebody could give me some info on if they think one of these old rotary hoe cultivators, might work for what i need it for. i have a large outdoor horse arena, with a clay base and about 5 to 6 inchs of sand on top. Afer a rain, it crusts over and i use a small lightweight disk to loosen it up and then drag a chain harrow over it to smooth it out. It works pretty good, but sometimes mixes the clay and sand together a little more than i would like. i drove by a guys house today and he had several of these rotary hoe cultivators for sale, and got to wondering if that implement might be more suitable for the task of keeping the footing in my arena up. Not real sure how well one of those would break it up. Any input from you guys would be great. thanks
