Hi,
One of my blades got bent unbelievably bad last year. Just hammered it back to being flat-ish, but I suspect stress will eventually cause drastic failure.
I contacted Berta about replacements, and they claim you have to replace all four if one gets damaged. €170 + shipping. It seems kind of dodgy to me-- the part that wears out the most is the replaceable tip, and I just wonder whether I couldn't put the new blade next to one of the old ones and "wear it down" with an angle grinder, whatever few mm's of difference there might be.
Anyone in the US successfully just replaced one damaged blade?
