Rototiller Suggestions

I have a 5000 sq ft garden, I use my 6 ft tractor tiller to till it initially. For the last 4 years, I have used a lot of straw mulch to suppress weeds between the rows and around plants. I want to try a rototiller/cultivator to do that. I will not be using it for anything but cultivating between corn rows & vegetable plants. My narrowest rows are 30 inches. What is a good cultivator for this? I prefer a quality one, or at least a good engine. Thanks

Can tell you what we are doing -- 2 foot wide "modules" Electric Rototiller(s).

Can run one, or a few side-by-side.
