RTV 900 add hydraulic tool option?

I have an RTV 900 special edition. I want to use it as a mini fire truck. I want to use it to pump water from a swimming pool. Can I add the hydraulic tool option? And then purchase the submersible hydraulic water pump? $2K for a dealer installed hydraulic option? and $2K for the pump???
