RTV-Has anyone modded the engine??? Tranny???

Has anyone modded the speed??? It seems that at top speed the engine is not even sweating... can there be another 5 mph in there? Can it be done safely?

How about the transmission??? Where I'm at it is completely flat and would like the RTV to coast... any ideas???

The tranny more or less limits your speed to 25MPH.
