What a idiot..... the mechanic should of never touch or adjusted that valve. I've talked to several Kubota mechanics and they cannot understand what in the heck he thinks he was doing ....
Super UDT fluids are specificaly designed for the RTV's ......
They are several types of Kubota fluids, they will work in the RTV's, but the Transmission in the RTV's run stronger, shifts smoother, and stays cooler with the Super UDT that it was designed to be run in .....
I know of two owners, that used another top brand of Hydro-fluids and filters..... One, run for about three hours before it started to show a big mess-up. Got weak, would hesitate when it would take off, got so bad, that it wouldn't hard even go but about 8-12 MPH, and that's running it a very long way down the hard blacktop . They changed back to the OEM KUBOTA fluids and filters. And it ran like a new machine again ..... Strong as ever. On the other machine, it used a different filter and fluids, and the machine hardly ever left the property good until it would hardly even move. Just sit there and " Reive " up and just sit there. That fluid was changed back to the OEM KUBOTA filters and Super UDT FLUID, and the machine run like the first one, strong and smooth. ...
It all in the design of the Kubota Super UDT fluid, much in the viscosity of the fliud.
I would DEMAND that the machanic who screwed with the valve, set it back EXACTLY like it was when it came off the production line. I would even go as far as to make him put a pressure test on the tanny to make sure it was correct by the standards of KUBOTA . I wouldn't take his word on it, I would sit there and watch the dern guage and dare him to say anything about it !!!!
