rtv oe recreational tires

I purchased a RTV 900 worksite
just want to known how good of a job do the recreational tires do.
the worksite tires do fair in the mud but I get stuck often on hard slick ground or going up hill on wet ground. I am thinking
of swaping tires!

Welcome to the forum!

Many many threads and debate on this subject. Just do a search for "tires" and you should find most of them. I have the stock worksite tires on mine and find no real problems with them on most terrain. Others in the halls of this forum have upgraded to aftermarket treads with good to excellent results. I started out with the recreational tires and just switched to the 27" 589's from Essex. To do this I installed a lift kit. The stock recreational tire took me most anywhere I wanted to go on my North Georgia property. The were great, but I just wanted the look of a lift kit and bigger tires. Recreational tires will be a huge improvement over what you have.

P.S. My recreational tires are in my garage doing nothing if your looking for a good used set with only 10 hours on them.

I changed my worksite tires to 27" ITP MudLites and haven't looked back. It can climb trees now. I will be buying a set of wheels to mount the worksite tires on for summer working around the yard. Those MudLites tear the @*$% out of the grass.
