RTV-XG850 Sidekick Roof Lights

Looking for some feedback from owners of a sidekick with OEM roof lights mounted.

Where are your wires routed for the roof lights? Inside/outside the roll bar from behind the drivers seat?

I just got some bar lights and wanted to put some switches in the dash to control relays under the driver seat, then put the power feed in a wire loom behind the drivers seat and up the roll bars. I don't see anywhere for an OEM wiring harness mount and I don't want a bunch of fugly zip ties if I can avoid it.

I believe it's under the hood on the passengers side. I don't have any lights, have everything else however including the roof and fold down windshield. Put a winch on mine, that was a job. Not the winch, the wiring.

do you have a wiring harness going to the roof?

No, I don't. Like I said I believe the connectors are under the hood on the passengers side. We have no need for extra lights. We got the LED headlight option where the outboard reflectors are replaced with LED headlights. Nice little buggy for spying on the neighbors with and hauling stuff around the farm.
