Did anyone know that the kubota RTV is made by mexicans?
No, not in mexico, but 98% of the workers in the plant were they are made are mexican. I have nothing against them, but it cracks me up when people say something about kubotas that are made in america. They are fast though. They roll one off the line every 4 minutes. Imagine that, $9000 worth of machine every 4 minutes.

I guess that we hear all the time about jobs going to Mexico and other countries, this reminds me of an episode of George whats his name where he says his company doesn't need to move to Mexico cause he has his own Mexicans here. And the thing about people wanting to buy made in USA goods. Even if it says made in USA, it may be made by people from another country. Like a Japanese plant in the united states operated with workers from Mexico.
No disrespect to anyone intended. I would rather see the plants stay here no matter who works there. At least we still have a say in the quality control as far as safety is concerned. Please don't move it to china.

Are you saying they are illegal aliens from Mexico building the RTV900 or are they here legally with green cards or as U.S. citizens? There is a big difference - If they are illegals Kubota would be subject to fines and action by the government. If the workers are here legally, so what -

Moose, where did you get the information that 98% of the workers are Mexican? It would be hard to get that purity of any socio-ethnic group in one factory. EEOC or some such multi letter government busy body organization would jump in and demand a representative workforce.

Can you site some data, what plant etc?

If not, you may be just passing on someone else's prejudiced view.

Hey man, I am 1st generation Irish, and I work as hard as the rest of them.....and I want a RTV 900. I don't care about them being made by Mexicans, as long as the brand is what it is. Quality. This post is WAY off track.
