I cannot imagine my RTV (aka: Murphy) without a windshield. The gaps around Murphy's windshield are fine in the summer, but the are the pits in the winter when hauling wood in sub-freezing weather.
I took some foam pipe insulation, and foam pool toys, and effectively sealed up the gaps around the windshield and roof!
The pool toy does a great job of sealing up the gap between the ROPS and the roof. And I put the emergency blanket up in the side gap for easy access. The gap at the bottom of the windshield was also filled with the pool toy and killed the rattle from the flashlight!
