I came across this Rugrats video on youtube while watching Rugrats.
Used to watch it a lot when I was younger. Decided to watch it again.

They are telling all participants to wear adult diapers. The reason is that once you enter the restricted area, you won't be allowed to leave until after the celebration. I can just imagine what that's going to smell like. 100,000+ people watching the ball drop with crap in their pants. Or they'll let it go in the street. Only in NY. :confused2:
