I saw a set of four tires on a new ATV that are airless. There is molded open webbing between the inner hub and the outer wheel. The actual "tire" is about an inch thick skin on the outside of this rim. Like a rubber band around an oatmeal box. Don't remember the brand of ATV but dealer said each tire cost over $500.
He said the ATV rode like a cob because of the inflexibility of these tires.
