Oil & Fuel Run issue with case international 254 3 cylinder Mitsubishi engine

New to the forum and thankful for any help I can get, I have a early 80s 4x4 254 case international with the 3 cnl Mitsubishi Diesel engine . I have had a increasing problem with the engine where it begins smoking heavy and knocking a bit under heavy load, not sure if I have oil, water or hydraulic fluid entering the fuel system?? At first it's was only under a very heavy load using the loader and binding the power train pushing brush. Not very familiar with the systems or how or if they hyd system or oil system could be dumping into the fuel system, I guess I lean more toward the hyd system since it's high pressure and I don't seem to be loosing the coolant I would associate with a blown head gasket. Any body who has see. This feel free to point me in a direction to get my little tractor back doing big work!!

Sure hoping some one has some idea where to start looking, it seems to be a great little tractor, but it's burning something besides fuel.

What color is the smoke?

That kinda sounds like you have water in the fuel. At this point without having the tractor in front of me I would recommend that you change the fuel filter and drain the fuel tank then refill it with good clean fuel.
