starting to look a them
I noticed in Husky 572 video it looked as they were having to add a lot of chain oil, during a lot of heavy sawing.

Is it a normal thing to run the chain&bar oil at full flow?

Most people don't need to run the oil flow at full, but in some cases when cutting drier wood the oil absorbs the oil and will overheat and create too much friction for the chain to turn. Sometimes have to pull the bar out and rev it a few times to get oil back on the bar before continuing to cut. But the downside of turning up the oiler is that some saws will pump about 2 tanks of oil to a tank of gas, which for most people a 1 to 1 ratio is normally adequate.

My 261 has adjutable oil flow control, turned it up a little and noticed a lot more oil on chain so turned it back as it was set at factory.

My 211 does not have adjutable oil flow control and at first did not think any oil was getting to the chain, removed the chain&bar fired it up to see if any oil was coming out, it was but very little, asked STHIL about it theysaid because of the EPA they keep the flow at a minimum.

Think i have checked the bars oil hole many times just seems not enough oil is getting to chain, maybe it's because my old PoulanPro got oil all over everything leaked also when just sitting.

The longer the bar, the more oil is needed.

Many modern saws oil on the light side. Use good quality bar oil. Not hydraulic oil or engine oil.

Running a 25" bar on my MS460 in DRY dead oak needed the oiler turned all the way up. In fact, that wasn't enough. I found out the PNW full handle saws came with a higher output pump so that is what is in it now. The 460 pump is now in the 361. In some wood, even quality oil may not be enough.

On another subject my dealer has switched to using (Echo 6550001 Red Armor 2-Cycle Engine Oil) as their fuel treatment.
It sure has helped my Sthil weed wacker, seems the Sthil fuel treatment caused problems with the tubing clogging after using it for a long time.

Anyone else using it?
